After the huge success of last weekend and the ride from Nightcliff to LeePoint, I was wondering if anybody would like to make the ride a more regular thing. We discussed on the day every two weeks?

Just thought I'd guage what kind of distances people are looking for as well. Over all the ride in the group was 10km's, but was probably longer for some who peddled from other area's.

I also particularly enjoyed the off road part of the course but understand it's not always for everybody.

Suggestsions?

you missed out when wayne and i went down the tight section, some followed others didn't

if im free im up for any kind of riding, for pretty much any distance

as long as the pace is slow, i'll come.

if i rode any slower i would've come to a complete stop.

the next lee point ride i will doing will be 24th of feb. will be starting at the car park and heading up towards the raaf radio station. will mainly be playing in the area that me and adam came out of on the return run last weekend. who wants to play free ride ?




east point would the the ideal easy ride, you can either follow the bike path all the way or take the walking track ( fun but tight in some places)

Not much, about 10kg's... Consists of a bellhousing for my V12. Need to build adapter plate.

I use that track reguarly, i used too moutain bike it alot but these days i run it! i'll be up for it

Definantly, especially if there is rain involved. Same track as last time? Stainless chain on my bike, no unwanted failures. ^O^

not until it dries out a bit. the end section is about 3" deep with mud/clay. i'm thinking east point and back again leaving from the jetty

4:30-5:00 start from the jetty and we'll make it up as we go.
also ther is a ride organise by the dorc mob sunday at 4:30 starting from seadogs at cullen bay so i'll be backing it up sunday with another ride anyone wants to come along
