TBH it isn't that difficult from what i have heard.
They just use a lot of gradient tools and cloning tools.
And if you blur the image very slightly it gives it a more photogenic appearance.

Still it takes time and effort that i can't be bothered using.
Plus cars are heaps eaasier to work with.

Would be good to learn how to do that but I dont have the paticence(sp) to do that in PS, I get frustrated enough with it

Indeed you can how ever the biggest let down for me in the first vid is when they change the eyes to a completely different color
