im not very good at using photoshop i just do usual adjustments, but by the looks of it to me it would be a merge of all the images.
i could be entirely wrong, but im sure someone else can shed some more light on it. i know justdave has posted a few images like this of his own.

I have seen 1 simple tutorial for this type of work..
All he did was say cut every bike out then just paste it on to the photograph, till he ended up with what you have.
JUSTDAVE have done a few of this work so you might ask him?

Its pretty simple, have all the different shots as different layers then just use the eraser. First layer have everything then for the rest of the layers erase everything expect the bike.
This way is different but is still simple -
