Hi All,

As everyone seems to be orginising thier groups to cruise up ot Jamboree I thought I'd stick my neck out for the Gold Coasters crew...

If anyone from the Gold Coast is Interested we'll be meeting at BP Coomera at around 8:30am to leave shortly there after to meet up with another group at Yatala at 9am to cruise up through the Ipswich Motorway. To arrive at Jambo approximately an hour or so later.

These times are subject to Change and It would be good if we could get a few people up, I've got a mate whose driving up from Sydney to make the cruise so I hope we can get some numbers to make it worth his while.

Anyways, Thoughts People?

And I've changed the depature time from 8 am to 8:30am at Coomera.

so.. 8:30am Departing BP Coomera to arrive at Yatala by 9am, then onto Jamboree by about 10-10:30

Like s13viper said, there's a group of us from nissansilvia.com meeting at BP Coomera as well but we'll be leaving a bit earlier (8:15) to meet up with our brissy people at Goodna at 9:00. Anyone is more than welcome to join us but if you want to head out with all the boostcruisers then make sure you stay round and don't follow us even though we've got boostcruising stickers.

Yeah wouldn't mind cruising into jamboree with a few other cars. i'll talk to a couple of mates and might meet you guys there. any chance you could make a final time so i can organise friends. thanks.

VG30DETT - 8:30am Departing at BP Coomera (off the m1 northbound) 9am arrival at BP Yatala (off m1 southbound) for a departure soon thereafter, for a run up the Ipswich toll way (tolls cost approx 90c & $1.50 I think)

Look for the Black Subaru T/tb foreseter on 18's.. I'll be shotgun in that!

Chris - you need to read the rules of calling shot gun my friend (http://www.geocities.com/pontiacgto1974/shotgun.html)

Refer to Section 1, rule 2: Shotgun may only be called if all occupants of the vehicle are outside and on the way to said vehicle.
and also Section 1, rule 3: Early calls are strictly prohibited. Shotgun may only be called while walking toward the vehicle and only applies to the drive immediantly forthcoming. Shotgun can never be called while inside a vehicle or still technically on the way to the first location. For example, one can not get out of a vehicle and call Shotgun for the return journey


And as I'll be first at the owners premisis on the day... you unfortunately miss out!

Leaving 8:30am BP Coomera.
Arriving 9:00am BP Yatala for a brief re-group
9:15 Leave Yatala to head up the Ipswich Motorway to Jambo

We'll be at Coomera and join you from there. We'll just be taking a short detour to McDonalds Goodna to meet up with our crew from Brisbane and we'll join up to the back of the pack or just make our own way out there.

Sweet mate, sounds like a plan... We'll try to meet at the main car park off to the left of the pumps (from the exit off the M1) at Coomera so if all meeting there want to assemble in that vacinity.

and at Yatala the side section north of the Mc-Donalds area for those meeting there..

It should be a good run as it's always fun with PLENTY of cars

If you have a walkie-talkie make sure you bring it...
