FIA have just released the proposed WRC calendar for 2007. Rally Australia has gone, including Cyprus & Turkey. Replacing them are Norway, Portugal (again) and Ireland.

On a lighter note (as mentioned on the WRC website), 'The World Rally Championship Commission will decide whether to add further events to the 2007 calendar & will make a proposal at the next World Council meeting'. That said, there appears to be a one month gap between NZ and Corsica - perhaps allowing the possibility for Rally Australia to slot back in sometime in the future?

Also announced were a number of initial changes to technical and sporting regulations over the next two years.
