It's the fork lift at the police workshops in Darwin. They have stuck stickers all over it.
I took it a couple of days ago with my phone camera when I was there getting my car fixed.

preety kool be a good car actually think about it... pulla driver over and just use the forks to lift there car off the ground then theres no getting away lift them high enough to startle them and drive them down cop shop in there cars with them lifted really high.
