I would like someone to post an easy-to-understand, plain english tutorial on how to put Linux onto y iPod. I know where to get the software (?), and i can find other tutorials, but they all use funky-ass language that i can't understand. Someone help me, please!

If your not technically inclined I strongly suggest against doing this. It's only going to make the unit even harder for you to use.

consider usingh rockbox on your ipod if you dont wanna use the default stuff, its easier to install and use than ipodlinux (www.rockbox.org)

I'm wondering how to burn a DVD. So for instance, i've got original dvd. I'd like to burn it so my brother could also have it. Be able to use it on his dvd player, not just his pc.

What type of 'building a computer' as in from having everything in the box from the shop and then putting it ALL together?

I got doco around for that type of stuff i think,

have all the parts then putting it together, and like what to be careful of and stuff, as I've heard motherboards are sensitive etc.
