With Easter long weekend falling smack bang in the middle of the BCPOTW comp, I had to unfortunately call off last weeks drawing - however everyone's back into it again and with submissions coming in everywhere, (makes my job harder gathering up all the picture submissions) after consultation with the infamous panel of anonymous judges, we've deteremined that the winner of the Boostcruising Picture of the Week is SITH 1 with his photo:

IPB Image

There wasn't any specific comments regarding technique or methods for capture, other then it was just an overall stand out photo for the week.

Congratulations and keep the pictures coming guys and you too could see your picture here biggrin.gif

Feel free to congratulate and discuss this image till your hearts are content. I'm sure mr death dealer will be happy to answer any questions you all might have towards it biggrin.gif

Question for you teh Judges..
How does one enter this comp.. or do you guys jstu randomly choose one form that week of the posts?
mattson
As the judges are anonymous allow me to answer this question smile.gif

just submit your photos in an appropriately marked by your name thread in the boost photography section.

all photos submitted in the week ending with each sunday will be passed onto the judges who make their desicions.

cheers,

Matt

Awesome photo, portaits are had to capture as you need a personality in the photo. This is a prime example I think, of a really well thought out shot. I love it. Congrates.

If you dont mind me asking, what were you settings/filter/camera?

thanks mate

when you get it printed... print it as big as possibly allowed on MATTE paper and get a mounting board/matt from a framing place made for it to go on....

taking that little extra preperation will make all the difference.

Also some competitions require that if mounted the mounting board cannot exceed that of the maximum photo sizes.. so check before printing smile.gif
