hey guys/gals,
i was just wondering if any of you guys/gals knew what the new lancers are like mechanical, do they have and problems?
my dads mate wants to buy one, but first find out a bit more about them? it's gonna be used for a family car, nothing else.. (getting from point A to point B)
i now the old lancers do have many problems but im not to sure about these new weird shape looking lancers....

Nah i'm serious, I havnt seen any come through with any major mechanical faults.
Then again CE's don't even have that many mechanical faults.
ps, I don't do sales, not my thing. I'm too honest for that..
A mate of mine had a lancer for 2 years, it was new back in 98 and from the shop, after his 1000 "take it easy" kms he flogged the absolute shit out of it and it never missed a beat.
isn't that how every lancer gets driven? . Esapecially that dodgy auto mechanic... um, what's his name... Jared, that's it!
