just wanna know what its gonna cost and how you go about converting a
4 stud pattern on an r33 to a 5 stud.

All depends what car you get them off,
Id personally go GTR but if you get some GTS-T ones you would be looking at about $1000-$1500 for parts,
Not that hard to do it yourself.
