sorry mate, but fuk that was a headache to read.
just get your diet in tact and train hard. it would be very hard to lose that amount of weight in such a short time frame. -------------------- BUY MY SEXY 17" BLACK WHEELS CLICKY CLICKY NOW
You know why they call it the xbox 360? Because when you see it, you'll turn 360 degrees and walk away. |

First of all you have very little chance of losing that much weight in less than two months. A more appropriate goal would be 6 months, this way you can plan out the stages of your goal and see results rather than madly trying to lose weight and be disappointed. You're only 26 and still very young, so there's no better time to start. Even if you're only down to 100kgs before xmas, it's still a noticable difference. Body transformation takes time and you can't really rush it any faster than your body can go.
To see the best results you'll need to change your diet. 90% of the battle with any body transformation (losing weight, bulking up, cutting) is in the kitchen. As far as exercise, you'd be best served to do 30-45 minutes of light to moderate intensity cardio two times a day. You need to exercise for atleast 30 minutes each session for it to aid the fat burning process, as it will take time for your body to start burning excess glycogens and fats. Even walking would serve the purpose, whether it be treadmill or otherwise. This post has been edited by truffles: Nov 5 2009, 12:40 PM |

OP wanted to lose 32kgs in 6 and a half weeks, I think after the other posts he realised it wasn't a realistic goal. He could cut his legs off, then he could succeed. -------------------- |

I suggest invest in a dictionary so you learn how to spell and write. Then concentrate on losing weight.

12.6@121mph - XXXrwhp@16psi 13.1@125mph - 365rwhp@18psi 11.1@131.2mph - 365rwhp@18psi - this time with traction! xx.x@xxxmph - 385rwhp@21psi - 10s on radials here we come! New chassis, same motor, 10s on radials? Don't say anything on an internet forum that you wouldn't say to someones face in a pub! |

no its not that at all i asked for help not to be payed out about how much i wont to lose thats anyway "Payed out"? I was just honest with your prospects, it would be nearly impossible to lose that much weight in 7 weeks and it's a fact. I never called you fat or told you to give up, nor did I say you couldn't do it. I said plan this out and set a longer time frame to have a larger percentage of success. Sorry if you took it the wrong way, that was not my intention. This post has been edited by truffles: Nov 13 2009, 11:59 PM |
