???

Blue light = ILLEGAL unless you're an emergency vehicle.
Which i'm assuming you're not, so put them in and wear the fines or don't be dick and put in normal bulbs?

How do you take 2 cylinders out, and will it stuff the engine at some point? Is it legal?

I had blue LED's in the number plate lights of the SMART, I was told by QLD Transport that the Police own blue and red, and as said they are not allowed to point at the road directly.

No, it makes them easier to see, you can see mine a mile off. I suppose it compensates for the fact that i don't run a front plate ph34r.gif

I had a blue LED strip on the back of my rodeo for over a year without a hassle and I have owned my Vs ute with red Leds over the rear number plate and in the parkers for 3years now wit no dramas.
As long as it is not ridiculously bright and you aren't drawing attention to yourself for the wrong reasons then have fun. Just if you get pulled up for it just accept it and don't kick up a stink.
