Quite a few of those kind of signboards have VIC rego cause the company that owns them and leases them out are based in VIC or due to the VIC rego being cheaper they rego them down there? Either way I've seen many of these things with VIC plates on them. |

They do it all the time, just hit them it the bottom left corner from behind, trust me, used to fix these things all the time, you need the phone number to change the message though...
