so 585hp in 1100kg, vs 500hp in 1700kg, pretty simple who should win

Actually it only needed about 24psi and it still won after missing a gear shift. Having said that it is still a fair bit of boost but its engine ias basically half the size.

In all fairness to the civic the GTR wasn't stock it had a Mines ECU and Exhaust.

He misses 2nd, and still wins by 1 car length or more.
Final Battle was crazy.

Props to the lil guy.

Im sure the Civic has had a fair lot less spent on it then total cost of the GTR.

The mines ECU wouldnt be cheap.

you'd feel like a wanker if you had a 35gtr and lost to a civic now wouldnt you.

beating supercars in an under rated car is a very satisfying feeling smile.gif

yeh but its bang for your buck. that civic plus all of its mods will still be what 50-70 grand under the purchase price of the gtr.

Ahhh You fail at the engrish.

Okay $150,000.00 to purchase GTR + Mines ECU and exhaust = $20k+ so $170,000.00 Civic = $10k - engine work = Would be in the $30k range actually probably more. There isn't really all that much of a difference.

The civic is a little rocket , but if the gtr's motor was modified to the extent of the civic then i think it would be a different story.

In all fairness that GTR comes from the factory more worked than that civic.
