My mates gettin a Skyline GTR and i wanna get a car that will beat it in both or either a drag or standard race. The only thing is I dont like nor want a skyline, silvia, WRX or rotary. So wat options do i have to beat him.
Plus i dont have a great deal of money. |

As above...try to source an old Dato or Gemmi with an SR20DET conversion or something like that. Other than that, if you got 20-25K, EVO 6 and then work the bitch!

depends how good ur mate can drive the thing. manuals arent as consistent as an auto down the 1/4
id go jzx90 chaser, mild work with single turbo kit etc - ~$15k -------------------- if its not a rotor, its not a motor!

you can get a xr6 turbo for about 19 grand with good kms and just put 5-10 grand in it abd youl run 11s all day or you could get a old eb-el and turbo charge it for less than 5 k and it should make over 220 rwk
