if you all remember a while back i was talkin about hiring out the willowbank strip for a grudgematch/fun session for boostcruising members and friends, well it IS still happening ........contrary to any rumours you may have heard.

all clubs/teams are welcome and maybe a bit of rivalry will be promoted...........as i said this is just a reminder post. at the moment late may seems to be looking good, maybe early june.

costs will be kept to a minimul and shared evenly thru compeditors, im expecting to put a cap on the numbers, id say about 60 cars racing, costs will prolly be about $50 each for an estimated 15 plus runs. entry to the track for spectators may incur a SMALL cost ($7 or so) ill have more information soon.

the next meeting with Harry Mills (General Manager of Willowbank) is set down for Friday the 12th. so ill keep you up to date.

dont forget , this is always for shits n giggles, lets have a bit of fun with all this and see some REAL grudge matches.

personally im gunning for a few wink.gif wink.gif just gotta learn to drive first! lol

Whys that???? Slower time??? Did u run that on slicks?
108MPH is a good speed, u must be running a different turbo right, on only 12psi? SR20 engine?

If I can drag my brother out, he might wanna have a few runs depending on when this event is on.

sorry, but i don't see the point in racing my car when it is bs slow and i already know what times it has done, and what it can/can't beat.

also, seems i require pins to be put into my right foot to hold the bones together, and unfortunately they don't come for free.

so yeah - if i attend, it will be as a spectator only. will hassel ronnie and johnny to head out in 16OTU and SHERIF though.
