Subwoofer setup from my 2000 Nissan 200sx S15.
Custom made subwoofer box/enclosure for two 12" subwoofers. Has a blue LED inside which can be wired into a switch or your boot light. Subwoofers face towards the boot, and there's a large rectangular port that fires forward and is visible when the back seat is folded down. Gets VERY loud! This box alone is worth $400+ for custom manufacture. If you look at the photo with the box half in the car, you can see the tricky design required to get maximum volume in the box.
Two MTX 12"subs, one damaged and repaired with duct tape. Still loud!
One Sony amp - four channel. Can be used to run your front/rear speakers.
One Pioneer amp - two channel. Can be used to run the subwoofers.
Various custom trim panels - one to go around the subwoofers - cracked in the middle, but when screwed onto the sub box you can't see it. One trim panel to go on the bootlid. One trim panel to go inside the car, around the subwoofer box ports.
